Atlas Premium specializes in white fish processing, mainly fresh or frozen-at-sea (FAS) Atlantic cod (gadus morhua) and Atlantic saithe / pollock (pollachius virens) from the North Atlantic Ocean. Our products meet the highest quality and food safety standards.
Large portions of our products are individually vacuum-packed (IVP) or on trays, and individually quick-frozen (IQF). Fresh products are packed in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) or in another form required by a customer. Frozen loins, portions and tails can be glazed or unglazed. Finally, products are packed in cartons of various sizes and placed on pallets (EURO and INDUSTRIAL).
